Blue Cross – Kenya is governed by a 7 member Board of qualified professionals drawn from different fields with BCK Director as an ex-officio member. The Board provides BCK with leadership and oversight of the organisation’s management and activities to ensure the achievement of the vision of the organisation. Its main role is to help BCK establish its vision, mission and core values and also formulate policies that support governance of the organization. The Board meets quarterly to analyse the progress of the projects and plan for activities undertaken by the organization.
